So, first off, no more snacks right before bed. I have weird dreams.
Last night I dreamt that my friend (who is not a car person at all) was absolutely set on trading her Corolla for a black 1989 Chrysler TC by Maserati. She wanted me to go with her to check it out because I am a “car person.” We get there, check it out, and then she starts yelling at these two old ladies over the $4000 asking price.
Basically, she won’t buy the car unless the women agree to pay for her first tank of gas and a quart of oil. The old ladies refuse. At this point I tell her to buy a 1988 Mercury Cougar LS instead (I’m not sure why). She sighs, cuts the women a $4K check, and we leave in the Chrysler.
Needless to say, I am now looking at Chrysler TC values on KBB to see if she got a good deal in my dream.

Looks like she did unless it was a pile of rust.

No snacks before bed. Jagvar wears shoes, advises people to buy late model Camrys from CarMax with extended warranties. Adds ampersand to middle of TC. Wakes up in cold sweat.

I don’t like this nightmare version of me.

Better than my dream of driving around in my old 1985 Celica GT coupe that came to me in my sleep from beyond the junkyard crusher.
